Lemon Garlic Roasted Asparagus

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Rinse the asparagus and trim off the dry or woody ends.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, if desired.
- Place the trimmed asparagus and minced garlic on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and add salt and pepper.
- Toss the asparagus to coat with the oil and seasonings.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- While roasting, zest the lemon and cut it into wedges.
- Once roasted, add lemon zest and a couple squeezes of lemon juice to the asparagus.
- Toss to coat and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve with remaining lemon wedges.
