Easy Air Fryer Zucchini Chips

Instructions
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Prepare separate bowls for eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan.
- Slice the zucchini into chips about ¼ inch thick.
- Season the flour with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip the zucchini in the seasoned flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini in the air fryer and spray with cooking oil.
- Air fry for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Flip the chips, spray with more oil, and cook for an additional 4-7 minutes until browned.
