Grape Jam

Instructions
- Add grapes to a large pot and simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes, mashing frequently.
- Let the mixture cool and then pour it into a strainer over a large mixing bowl to extract the juice and pulp.
- Return the juice and pulp to the pot and add honey and lemon juice.
- Simmer for about 1 hour until the liquid reduces by half.
- Add agar powder and whisk while simmering for about one minute.
- Store the jam in mason jars in the fridge.
