Vegan Gluten-Free Oatmeal Waffles

Instructions
- Combine almond milk and vinegar and let it sit to curdle.
- Add melted butter, vanilla, and agave nectar to the curdled mixture and whisk.
- In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and whisk together.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well combined and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the waffle iron and coat it with non-stick spray or vegan butter.
- Pour about ⅓ cup of batter onto the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Keep cooked waffles warm in a low oven until ready to serve.
- Serve immediately with desired toppings.
