Grape Salad

The dressing

reduced fat cream cheese

plain nonfat Greek yogurt

honey or pure maple syrup

ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and toast the pecans on a baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes until golden.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Add the grapes and diced apples to the bowl, along with about ⅔ of the chopped pecans, and stir to combine.
- Top with the remaining pecans and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.
