Grape Salad

Instructions
- Whip Neufchatel cheese in a bowl until smooth and fluffy.
- Add sour cream, honey, granulated sugar, and vanilla to the cheese and mix well.
- In a salad bowl, combine red and green grapes with the cream cheese mixture and about ¾ of the pecans, and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and the remaining pecans.
- Keep chilled and serve within a couple of hours.
