15 Minute Shrimp Scampi

minced lemon pieces

uncooked capellini noodles

fresh chopped parsley

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In boiling water, cook the capellini noodles according to package instructions.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic and butter until fragrant, then add white wine and simmer.
- Stir in lemon pieces and return shrimp to the skillet to warm through.
- Combine drained noodles with the shrimp mixture and fresh parsley, season, and top with Parmesan cheese.
