Easy Homemade Flatbread Crackers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Pulse the flour, herbs, pepper, salt, sugar, and olive oil in a food processor until well mixed.
- Add the cold water and pulse until the dough starts to come together.
- Form the dough into a ball, cut it into four pieces, and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- Roll out each piece of dough as thin as possible and place on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 4-5 minutes, flipping the crackers halfway through, until golden brown.
- Turn off the oven and let the crackers sit inside for 1-2 hours to dry out and become crispy.
- Break into pieces and serve with the cheese dip.
