Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the warmed honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and almond extracts.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, shredded coconut, and chai spice mix.
- Add the honey mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until the nuts are toasted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before storing in a sealed container.
