Instructions
- Cook the chicken sausage links in a pan according to package instructions.
- Whisk eggs with a splash of half and half, salt, and pepper.
- Spray a skillet with cooking spray, heat to medium, and pour in the eggs.
- Allow the bottom to set, then flip and cook the other side, being careful not to overcook.
- Toast the English muffins, optionally adding a small bit of butter.
- Move the cooked egg to a cutting board and cut out circles to fit the muffins.
