Ingredients

The dip

  • 16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 4 oz. can diced green chiles

Toppings

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded
  • 1 2.2 oz. can black olives, sliced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • to taste cilantro, jalapeƱos, avocado (optional)

For serving

  • to taste tortilla chips or bell pepper slices

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, taco seasoning, and diced green chiles until smooth.
  2. Transfer the blended mixture to a serving dish.
  3. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or sliced veggies.
