Ingredients

The roasted plums

  • 1 pound plums, pitted and cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

The yogurt and toppings

  • 24 ounces Greek yogurt
  • to taste none drizzle of honey
  • to taste none chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. 2. Combine plums, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl and stir.
  3. 3. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring once.
  4. 4. Let the roasted plums cool, then serve over Greek yogurt topped with honey and almonds.
