Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the plums by cutting them in half, discarding the pits, and slicing the flesh into ½-inch wide wedges.
- In a baking dish, mix the sliced plums with honey, starch, and cinnamon, leaving excess juice behind.
- In a bowl, combine oats, almond flour, nuts, sugar, ginger, and salt. Mix in melted butter and yogurt until moistened.
- Dollop the oat mixture over the plum filling and distribute evenly without packing it down.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until the filling is bubbling and the top is golden.
- Let the crisp rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving with ice cream or yogurt.
