Instructions
- Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet until almost crisp, then add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Transfer the bacon and onion mixture to the slow cooker and add the drained beans, ketchup, maple syrup, mustard, molasses, vinegar, and water.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
