Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil and add salt, amaranth, and millet.
- 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the mixture is creamy and all water is absorbed.
- 3. Add more water if necessary.
- 4. Stir in honey, dried fruits, and nuts, then transfer to a serving bowl.
- 5. Optionally, add cold milk to the cereal before serving.
