Ingredients

The yogurt mixture

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder
  • ¼ tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • pinch Himalayan salt

The fruit

  • cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, salt, and cinnamon in a food processor and blend until well mixed.
  2. Add the frozen mango and raspberries, and pulse until the fruits are pureed and mixed with the yogurt.
  3. Stop occasionally to push down the fruits into the blades for even mixing.
  4. Serve immediately as it will harden quickly if stored in the freezer.
  5. Optionally, freeze for 10 to 15 minutes for a firmer texture.
