High Protein Frozen Yogurt

ground Ceylon cinnamon

The fruit

frozen mango

frozen raspberries
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, salt, and cinnamon in a food processor and blend until well mixed.
- Add the frozen mango and raspberries, and pulse until the fruits are pureed and mixed with the yogurt.
- Stop occasionally to push down the fruits into the blades for even mixing.
- Serve immediately as it will harden quickly if stored in the freezer.
- Optionally, freeze for 10 to 15 minutes for a firmer texture.
