Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a standard-size loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the banana and then add the other wet ingredients (except for the coconut oil) and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined, then stir in the melted coconut oil.
- Transfer the batter to the bread pan and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 38-42 minutes at 350ºF.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
