Ingredients

The cheeses

  • 16 oz Cheese (cheddar, brie, & manchego)

The accompaniments

  • cups Olives (green and black, pitted)
  • ¾ cup Mini dill pickles
  • 8 1-oz Paleovalley Grass Fed Beef Sticks (Original, Jalapeno, Summer Sausage, and/or Garlic Summer Sausage)
  • 1 recipe Flax Seed Crackers (48 pieces)
  • 2 cups Berries (blueberries, raspberries, & strawberries)
  • 1 cup Nuts (almonds, pecans, & macadamia nuts)

Instructions

  1. Arrange the cheeses in different areas on a cutting board, slicing and fanning them out as needed.
  2. Place olives and mini dill pickles in small bowls on the board.
  3. Slice the beef sticks into thirds and arrange them in piles on the board.
  4. Add the flaxseed crackers in several places and fan them out.
  5. Arrange the berries in any larger empty areas on the board.
  6. Fill in any remaining gaps with nuts.
