The Secret Sauce

mayo

ketchup

mustard

Instructions
- Combine the sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready to assemble the burgers.
- Mix the beef, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and form into 8 patties.
- Make an indentation in the center of each patty to ensure even cooking.
- Preheat the grill to 400°F and grill the burgers, flipping halfway and adding cheese.
- Grill the jalapeños until cooked through and charred.
- Heat a cast iron skillet or grill grates, add butter, and cook the eggs until whites are set but yolks are runny.
- Remove the burgers and keep warm under foil.
- Assemble the burgers with a patty, egg, bacon, jalapeño, and secret sauce on the top bun.
