Ingredients

  • to taste sweetener of choice
  • ½ inch chunk peeled ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • a tiny pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 2 teaspoons MCT oil

Instructions

  1. Combine hot brewed tea, sweetener, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, coconut butter, and MCT oil in a blender.
  2. Blend slowly at first, then increase speed to high until the mixture is creamy and frothy.
  3. Enjoy the coconut masala chai latte immediately.
