Instructions
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl until mixed well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and melt the oil or butter.
- Add the beaten eggs to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Gently move the eggs around as they begin to set, pulling the edges towards the center.
- When the eggs are mostly set with a thin layer of loose egg on top, add cheese to one half.
- Fold the omelette in half and slide it out of the pan.
