Instructions
- 1. Clean and cut the baby potatoes in half, boil in salted water until fork tender, then drain and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine garlic, thyme, parsley, Cajun seasoning, and canola oil; mix thoroughly.
- 3. Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper, then brush with the spice mixture.
- 4. Coat the green beans and cherry tomatoes with the same Cajun spice mixture.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- 6. Place the seasoned salmon, tomatoes, potatoes, and green beans on the lined baking sheet.
- 7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
