Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spray a ramekin or small oven-proof baking dish with cooking spray and place the diced pears in it.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, flaxseed, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and salt until well combined.
- Stir in the steel-cut oats into the milk mixture.
- Pour the milk-oat mixture over the pears and stir to combine.
- Bake for 40-43 minutes.
