Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix oats, spices, baking powder, salt, maple syrup, molasses, applesauce, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until combined.
- Fold in diced pear and ¼ cup of toasted pecans.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, top with pear slices and remaining pecans, and bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving, then top with yogurt, maple syrup, pecans, and cinnamon as desired.
