Instructions
- Heat the milk to about 95°F and combine with sugar and yeast, letting it sit until foamy.
- Mix in softened butter, eggs, and salt, then gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is soft and slightly tacky, then let it rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough into a 10x20-inch rectangle and spread softened butter over it.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the butter, then tightly roll the dough into a log and cut into 20 rolls, leaving them connected at the bottom.
- Shape the rolls into a wreath, placing a ramekin in the center for support.
- Cover and let rise again until puffy, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the icing and drizzle over the cooled wreath.
