Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut butter, maple syrup, and coconut sugar.
- In another bowl, combine the coconut flour, arrowroot flour, sea salt, and baking soda.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in the chopped macadamia nuts and vegan white chocolate.
- Bake for 10 minutes, noting that they may appear soft but are done.
- Transfer to a wire cooling rack to set and harden.
