Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Transfer bacon to a plate lined with paper towels, leaving the drippings in the pan.
- Melt butter with the bacon drippings, then add Brussels sprouts and onions, sautéing until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Add a few tablespoons of water if needed to prevent burning.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add walnuts, honey, and Dijon mustard, tossing to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 30 seconds, then toss in the bacon.
- Serve warm.
