Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Poppers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and pepper, then stir in the shredded chicken.
- In another bowl, combine potato chip crumbs, corn flake crumbs, and half of the crumbled bacon.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the chicken mixture and top with the chip and bacon mixture.
- Place the filled jalapeños on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the filling is melty and the topping is golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with remaining bacon, blue cheese, green onions, and drizzle with more buffalo sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
