Caprese Zucchini Salad

Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients and slice the zucchini.
- Pat the zucchini dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss with the dressing.
- Let the salad marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
- Toss again and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with additional fresh basil and black pepper before serving.
