Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the oats, flour, cereal, flax meal, baking powder, and salt.
- Make a well in the center and add the melted butter, honey, banana, and vanilla, then stir to combine.
- Fold in the graham cracker pieces, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press it firmly into the pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until puffed and lightly golden brown.
- Cool completely on a wire rack for about 1 hour before slicing into bars.
