Instructions

- Incorporate the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt, mixing until just combined.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips or nuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60 minutes, tenting with foil for the last 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
