Sweet and Spicy Slow-Cooker Chicken

Instructions
- 1. Coat the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2. Place all ingredients in the crockpot.
- 3. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8-10 hours, until the chicken shreds easily with a fork.
- 4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 5. Serve in tacos or as desired.
