Instructions
- 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a small dish and sprinkle over both sides of the chicken.
- 3. Add cooking oil to the skillet and swirl to coat the surface.
- 4. Cook the chicken pieces for about 5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- 5. Transfer the cooked chicken to a clean plate.
- 6. Add chicken broth to the skillet and stir to dissolve browned bits, simmering for about 5 minutes until reduced by half.
- 7. Stir in mustard, honey, and butter until melted and combined.
- 8. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and let simmer briefly before serving.
