Instructions
- Heat a wok or pan with oil and stir-fry minced garlic until aromatic.
- Add chicken, shrimp, and mixed vegetables; stir-fry until chicken and shrimp are halfway cooked.
- Add the rice and mix well with the ingredients, then add fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white pepper, stirring for a couple of minutes.
- Create a 'well' in the middle of the rice and pour in the beaten eggs; cover with rice after 30 seconds.
- Stir-fry until the eggs break into small pieces and mix with the rice, adding salt to taste before serving hot.
