Easy No-Knead Dinner Rolls

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, instant yeast, and thyme in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the lukewarm water and mix until the flour is absorbed.
- Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm spot for 1.5 to 2 hours until doubled in volume.
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF and butter a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Deflate the dough using two forks and divide it into portions, placing them in the muffin cups.
- Let the dough rise again for 15 to 20 minutes until puffed above the rims.
- Bake the rolls for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 375ºF and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
- Optionally, butter the tops and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
