Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the bacon in a large roasting pan for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6 to 8 minutes until lightly browned.
- Remove the bacon and let it cool, leaving the grease in the pan.
- Pop the popcorn using your preferred method and set aside.
- Add maple syrup and salt to the bacon grease in the pan and stir.
- Add the popped popcorn to the pan and stir to coat evenly.
- Chop the cooked bacon finely and mix it into the popcorn.
- Lower the oven temperature to 300°F and bake the popcorn mixture for about 8 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
- Cool the popcorn on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
