Ingredients

The base

  • 1 can white beans or chickpeas, rinsed
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbs. caramel sauce
  • 2 tbs. maple syrup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • pinch cinnamon
  • ¼ cup milk

The thickener

  • ¼ cup flour

The mix-in

  • to taste chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Blend the white beans or chickpeas, peanut butter, caramel sauce, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, and milk in a food processor.
  2. Add the flour by the spoonful and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Stir in the chopped dark chocolate.
  4. Chill the mixture before serving.
