Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl or resealable bag.
- If using a bowl, whisk the ingredients together; if using a bag, seal and shake to combine.
- Add 2-3 pounds of pork chops to the marinade.
- Marinate the pork chops for at least 1 hour, or up to 12 hours.
- Cook the pork chops using your preferred method.
