Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup creamy roasted almond butter
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder

The mix-ins

  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon honey

The spices

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch nutmeg
  • a pinch ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until fully mixed.
  2. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture, squeeze it in your palm to make it stick, and roll it into a ball.
  3. Repeat until you have formed 10 balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
