Healthy No-Bake Carrot Cake Energy Balls

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until fully mixed.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture, squeeze it in your palm to make it stick, and roll it into a ball.
- Repeat until you have formed 10 balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
