Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2. Add the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
- 3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- 4. In a small bowl, combine the butter and garlic, then microwave until melted.
- 5. Add the melted garlic butter, cream cheese, and milk to the potatoes.
- 6. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy, then stir in the salt and pepper.
- 7. Sprinkle with parsley or chives and serve, garnished with additional butter if desired.
