Instructions
- Combine walnuts, lentils, spices, salt, tomato paste, and water in a food processor and pulse until mixed but still textured.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Heat the mixture in a greased skillet until fragrant and nutty, adding water or oil if it becomes too dry.
- Serve as desired.
