Ingredients

The dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

The coleslaw

  • 1 14-ounce bag shredded coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, dry mustard, and salt until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded coleslaw mix and fold it over with a spatula until completely coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
