Ingredients

Cabbage Salad

  • 14 oz Coleslaw mix
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 2 medium Green onions
  • ¼ cup Sunflower seeds

Asian Salad Dressing

  • 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the coconut aminos, olive oil, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and crushed red pepper flakes in a large bowl.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix, diced bell pepper, sliced green onions, and sunflower seeds to the dressing.
  3. Stir until the salad is well coated.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour to enhance the flavors.
