5-Minute Espresso Walnut Brownies

Instructions
- Process 1 cup of walnuts and 1 cup of almonds in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add cocoa powder, espresso powder, and sea salt to the ground nuts and pulse to combine, then set aside.
- Process the dates in the food processor until small bits remain, then set aside.
- Combine the nut mixture back into the food processor, adding date pieces gradually until a dough consistency is achieved.
- Transfer the brownie mixture to a parchment-lined cake pan and mix in the remaining walnuts.
- Press the mixture down firmly and place in the freezer or fridge to chill before cutting.
