Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter, sugar, and cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in vanilla, lemon zest, and egg.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and flatten slightly on the baking sheet.
