Ingredients

  • 2 packages Applegate Naturals® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • ⅓–½ cup mayonnaise
  • to taste sea salt & pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • optional fresh lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken into cubes after removing it from the packages.
  2. Combine the chicken and remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise and stir gently to combine, adjusting the amount to your liking.
  4. Serve the salad in lettuce wraps, on mixed greens, with cucumber slices, or with crackers.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
