Instructions
- Beat the softened butter on medium speed until creamy.
- Add 4 and ½ cups of confectioners’ sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract, then beat on low speed for 30 seconds.
- Increase to medium-high speed and beat for 2 minutes, then taste and add salt if necessary.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more confectioners’ sugar if too thin, or more heavy cream if too thick.
- Select a piping tip and prepare your cake or cupcakes.
- Fill the piping bag using a cup to avoid mess.
- Use the selected piping tip to create decorations on your baked goods.
