Lemongrass Ginger Baked Bone In Pork Chops

Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, and lemongrass in a bowl, reserving 2 tablespoons of the marinade.
- Coat the pork chops in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium/high heat.
- Sear each side of the pork chops for about 1.5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
- Remove from the oven, brush with reserved marinade, and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
