Instructions
- Place uncooked brats in a large pot and pour in the beer to fully cover them.
- Bring the beer to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to low/medium and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to 450°F and grill the brats for 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
- Serve the brats on toasted buns with your choice of toppings.
