Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the coconut flakes on the baking sheet and drizzle with tamari, liquid smoke, and maple syrup.
- Mix well and spread the flakes into an even layer.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden on the edges.
- Let cool before using or store in a freezer-safe bag.
