Ingredients

  • 3 cups large, unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari
  • 2 ½ tablespoons liquid smoke
  • 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the coconut flakes on the baking sheet and drizzle with tamari, liquid smoke, and maple syrup.
  3. Mix well and spread the flakes into an even layer.
  4. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden on the edges.
  5. Let cool before using or store in a freezer-safe bag.
